Flight Centre South Africa has established a strong reputation for innovation and customer experience within the fast-changing travel industry. The company is constantly seeking new ways to provide its customers with better services and a greater choice of products during their travel while enhancing its omnichannel experience. As a part of that initiative, Flight Centre identified an opportunity to include tours, activities, and experiences from around the world as part of its already extensive online offering of flights, hotels, car hire, and package deals.
